Guest Chef - Rojak
Dinner 5th-8th August
-
When Kavita moved from Singapore to London
a decade ago, the first thing that blew her
mind was how little people talked about food.
Singaporeans love food. It's a tiny country
that spends an outsized amount of time eating,
arguing about which hawker has the best
laksa, and queuing up for it anyway.
She started Rojak to bring some of that noise
to London. Modern Singaporean-ish plates
rooted in Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan
traditions, with the occasional detour
(lo mai gai arancini, curry laksa on
Korean rice cakes etc).
Following residencies and supper clubs
across London, Rojak is coming to Pasero
this August with a menu of intense, aromatic,
highly spiced dishes.
Come hungry!

Guest Chef - Lawrence Barrow
Dinner 12th-15th August
-
Welcoming back Lawrence Barrow for
4 nights only.
Since his brilliant stint at Pasero in March,
you may have seen Lawrence return to your
screens on BBC's Great British Menu,
where he won the Northern Ireland round.
We are thrilled to have him back this summer,
if you missed out last time, make sure you
book in soon, this will be a busy one!
Lawrence Barrow has been cooking for over
13 years in kitchens around the world, from
New Zealand to Italy, to Vietnam, to name
a few!
He has spent the last 6 years in London, leading
prestigious kitchens for Lee Westcott and
James Cochran, amongst others. Most recently
he has turned his attentions to his own food,
running residences in London. His
Hearth & Tine concept is all about capturing
the warmth of Irish hospitality, whilst
championing produce from his home in
Northern Ireland.
He use hyper-seasonal foraged British
ingredients to create menus which are fun
and interesting, peppered with
influences of his travels.

Guest Chef - El Jardin
Dinner 19th - 29th August
-
Welcoming back Michel Gutierrez’ El Jardin.
Michel grew up in a small
town in Colombia before moving to
London when he was 10.
He retained a passion for the food of
his homeland, which grew with his
journey through professional kitchens
(including the Nomad Hotel & Side
Hustle, Ixchel and Fonda). His time as a
chef helped him hone his personal
cooking style: bold flavours and vibrant,
produce-driven food.
El Jardín takes inspiration from across
Latin America; Mexico, Colombia, the
Caribbean and beyond, without
attempting to replicate any single
cuisine in isolation. The food is
designed to be shared, social and
expressive. Expect Tacos, Ceviche, and
lots lots more!
